It is the hope of Goldfish Paradise, to create the Goldfish Paradise Society: a global community of goldfish enthusiasts that share a common bond: their affection for goldfish and their desire to share their knowledge/experiences to further goldfish health and well-being. The vision is of an online global goldfish oriented society with functions such as quarterly newsletters and online fish shows. That is the vision for tommorow. 1.Originated from common asian carp. 2.Most popular pet. 3.If properly cared, can live to 10 years on average. (20+ yrs not uncommon) 4.Goldfish are hardy: can tolerate a wide range of living conditions. 5.Goldfish creates a heavy bio-load and require 10+ gallons per fish. 6.Colour patterns/markings often change, especially in young fish. 7.Goldfish will eat anything that fits in its mouth (including its young). 8.There are 100+ breeds of goldfish. 9.Under proper conditions, goldfish can grow up to 8-24 inches, depending on breed. 10.OGD is term for obsessive goldfish disorder. |
